And incarcerating people for using a rather harmless herb isn't damaging to society? BTW, pot is legal in India and the government runs the pot shops. If you make it legal in the US then you can regulate the growth to not be bad for the environment and wildlife. That is as long as Monsanto isn't running the department of agriculture.
