Tough stuff- reminds me of the time that I proposed to someone on a 
rounding course, woke up the next day with that 'what the h*ll was I 
thinking?' feeling...*lol*

As strong as spiritual experiences may be when approaching being 
fully established, one key that I learned to recognize is that 
before being fully established, such experiences can be 
overwhelmingly blissful, almost other-worldly. A good clue to 
recognize that the bliss is not fully integrated.

A reminder too to be careful when 'under the influence' of such 
superpowered bliss...
