Don't get me wrong...if you're really serious,
which I doubt, that's the thing to do. 

Asking me is kinda pointless for several reasons. 
First, I'm not like a lot of the people here...
because I don't really care very much about 
lineage and Sanskrit and all that stuff, I really 
don't even *know* if many of the techniques I 
learned along the way have names, much less what 
they might be. During the entire time I lived
in Santa Fe, I was never looking for another
technique to learn or tradition to become part
of. All I did was drop into places at random
out of curiosity and participate in what was 
being taught there.

If I liked it, my tendency was to like it at
the time and see if I ever practiced it again
on my own. Most of the time, I didn't, because
I'm happy with the forms of meditation that 
have seemed most productive for me, none of
which fall into the "effortless" or even
"semi-effortless" category.

If you're serious, good luck. But I don't think 
you are...I think you were just trolling again.
