Nobody, of course, is claiming here to "know what
MMY really teaches."  That isn't what's involved.

No, actually in this case we're talking about
our personal experience.

However, when "what MMY really teaches" is being
discussed--i.e., the intellectual teaching--Barry
almost invariably gets it wrong.  And I mean
*patently* wrong, factually wrong.  So having
been a TM teacher or having been the same room with
MMY for years is no guarantee of accuracy.

Barry's not the only one, of course; we've had loads
of 'em on alt.m.t.  But he's a particularly egregious
example.
