Vaj, I spent quite a bit of time responding to your
post, and when I clicked Send, Yahoo apparently burped,
taking me to the page asking for a password. Normally
when it wants your password so you can post, it requests
the password after you've hit Reply but before you've
had a chance to type anything in your response.

After I'd entered my password this time, I was taken to
the Yahoo home page, and my response was lost. I've
complained to Yahoo about this, much good it will do
me.

In any case, if I have the energy I'll try to recreate
the response later on. In the meantime, I wanted to
at least express my thanks for your willingness in this
post to engage in reasoned discussion.
