I knew one guy who stopped doing TM because he couldn't hang with his stoner friends.
He eventually decided that being stoned all the time wasn't worth it and started meditating
again. MAJOR neurological problems both during and outside of TM practice. Constantly
twitching. Everyone attributed this to his drug habit, not the TM, but I'm sure that some
TM-ex folk would claim that this was an unsupportable position.
