Wasn't a backpedal, and not only was it not
something I "settled for," it was, as far as
I'm concerned, a *far better solution*.

No, in the first place, as I've explained (and
MDixon has confirmed), censorship is when the
authorities *force* somebody to remove content.
Not only am I not advocating censorship, I would
fight tooth and nail against it.  It's
unconstitutional.

To encourage ABC to choose to do the right thing
in the interests of fairness is not "censorship"
in any way, shape, or form.

And I'd be *thrilled* if the public were to see
it along with a rebuttal.

If ABC chose to do that, yes, of course it would
be OK.  ABC has the right to consider various
points of view and make its own decisions as to
what it should do.

My point of view is that choosing to run it
unedited, as scheduled, with a rebuttal would
be the best solution.
