NM, I'm with you on that one. Compare it to Wikipedia, were the have
the 3reverts rule: Anyone who does three reverts to same article
within 24 hours gets banned for a day or so by the administrators.
Banning for a time, if this is technically possible maybe a good
procedure for ensuring a more moderate tone. Using abusive language
could be the reason for banning as well. There could be the rule, that
quoted text,can only be a certain percentage of the actual posted
text. One could also consider limiting the number of posts per thread
by a person within 24 hrs.But if cloaking the headings is the issue,
you might consider adjusting the view setting in your browser. I think
there is a thread view, were you just see one heading for each thread.
