That was my point Judy. Didn't I say there would be people that would say you have to go through the whole due process procedure and convict them in a court of law before you could interrogate them because they were just that, suspects, and not proven guilty of actually being terrorists? Sheik Kahlid  Mohammed was a suspect by that definition yet we *tortured* him and saved lives and there are a lot of people that want that stopped.
