Uh, Bush wasn't even Governor of Texas then so I don't know what you're referring to. If, as you say, the "WMDs were destroyed", then, pray tell, why was Saddam not co-operating in letting inspectors in? Pretty stupid on his part if he didn't have any WMDs.
