No we might be in a position to upgrade, the problem is that we just upgraded this site to V3.02 from V2.3 2-3 months ago. The hosting provider said that they will support V4, but we need the go ahead from the client to spend the time to do so.

I was told to upgrade to 4.0 because the tinyMCE editor included in that version has a very handy link inserter built in.
