Ah, that shouldn't have happened :s

The plugin should have made a new folder in the
/farcry/projects/PROJECTNAME/ folder called "translate" where it stores some
XML files. Could you check that this folder has been created - if it hasn't,
can you hunt around to see if a folder with that name has been created in
the wrong place (if so, where?). Alternatively (and this was an initial
problem for me) the server may forbid access to this file so you'll need to
make sure that XML files in the folder are allowed.

If it's a something simple like wrong server permissions, I'll make sure I
add this to the install instructions on the google code page, but if there
is something more severe wrong with the install code, I'll get to work on a
fix
