Hello Phil, thanks again for your time.
First i got an error "Element MODULE is undefined in URL.", so adding
"<cfif isdefined('url.module') and url.module neq" to the
installer.cfm resolved that.
Then i again i have the "Content is not allowed in prolog." error.
I searched on the net and found that this could be a problem with cf:

So it must be something in the values of the xml files that trows this
error mmmmmmm....
