I didnšt receive the actual screen shots but I have a pretty good idea what they look like! Now you know what drives me in this fonts and keyboard quagmire ! I second Connie and hope somebody can explain the cause of these problems. All I know is that a part of it is due to the limitations of the text engine of OS X which is supposedly improved in Panther (OS 10.3) The box of Panther is sitting on my desk and I intend to install it next week. I'll let you know if I can confirm the promised improvements.
