I dont think I have ever spent so much time on a topic and still not
had a clue what its all about! Eu is so difficult. Im finally finished
the note making now comes the hard part-the learning it all.
Ok so heres what I have covered (not learnt yet)
1. citizenship
2. equality
3. goods
4. institutions, legislative procedures, democratic deficit,
separation of powers
5. competition 82, 81, 87 state aids
6. supremacy
7. direct effect
8. 234, 230
9. brussels 1
Planning on having look at services and establishment also but not
sure how crucial they are so not planning on learning too much about
them. I feel like I'm leaving alot out I havent got a grasp of the
course at all! Quite like equality and citizenship they the only
things I've learnt so far. Is there anything else I should be
covering? I cannot wait til this exam is over havent looked at
anything else in weeks!
