Covering pretty much everything for contract except illegality and pp. Had been feeling confident enough but the papers and reports are after freaking me out a bit, in that i might have all my notes learned but still struggle with the paper...currently learning off and only bout a third of the way through but hopefully will get there.
As for tort, im quite nervous about it but again covering almost all the course, leaving out professional negligence, economic torts and defective products. And then theres property....
