Well I'm doing Res Ipsa (never seems to expressly ask for this in a q,always something about burden of proof in negligence,have to keep the eye open) Passing off Nuisance Defamation Occupier's liab Employer's liab/vicarious liab (on condition i sort out Course/scope of employment in my head) Defective products Damages Limitations Trespass to person Possibly nervous shock
