I'm thinking of leaving out the following in tort: Economic Loss & Negligent Misstatement Public Authority Liability Breach of Statutory Duty Occupiers Liability Liability for Defective Products Liability for Defective Premises Passing Off State Liability
Looking at that list now it seems like an awful lot to be leaving out seeing as nearly every part of the course could come up!! Anyone got any insight into which of the above I should also cover?
