Thanks for your help. The reason I'm leaving out passing off and defamation is that, while a banker, it should only be one question on the paper. As it's a stand-alone issue, hopefully, then I'll have some sort of a choice on the paper.
It's so hard to learn for this subject. I don't understand why. It just seems to go in one ear and out the other!
