again, people have to bring up the whole non-law graduate thing as
something that is to the detriment of you lucky lucky law graduates.
i'm sick of it at this stage. the fe1's as far as i'm concerned is
the fairest way to do things. how would you have them regulate it?
even if they allowed law grads to get in with having a degree and have
the rest sit the exams what would be the limit grade for law grads?
1H? 2H1? 2H2? Chances are there'd be uproar from the law grads if
they set it as 2H1 for entry without sitting the exams. the way I
look at it, as law grads obviously have a law degree, they "should" be
doing way better in the exams anyway considering their experience. so
why are they worrying about non law grads taking their places? what
about a person like me who is a non-law grad but has worked in the
profession for 5 years and has an apprenticeship once i've passed the
exams? should i be denied a place just for it to go to a law grad
with no apprenticeship? if you can pass the exams you've earned your
place on the course, simple as that. i'm sorry but i'm sick of law
grads thinking they are so elitist.
