Hi Wheely, I have passed tort on two occasions and it is quite a challenging exam. Some years differ from others in relation to question length, content etc. My key piece of advice to you and other tort candidates would be to focus on nearly all of the topics but not in great detail. In other words know a little about alot. You would be suprised what marks you would pick up along the way for maybe mentioning a case here and there. I have used this technique for other exams and have been lucky enough to pass. My general consensus on these exams is that the examiners are out to test your knowledge on the general law in each subject. You will probably notice from the exam papers that relevant topics are often mixed with less important ones. So this is where your knowledge of everything will come in handy. I must agree with you on the EU paper. I thought it was very tough and I do think I may be going back for it in October. Anyway best of luck.
