Sean's list looks safe to me but I would be sure and include Trespass
to the Person as it has come up on every paper since Oct 2004
according to the Griffith grid. Also a very brief look at damages and
the statute of limitations may pick up a few extra marks in your
answers.

If stuck the first I would drop are pure economic loss, negligent
misstatements and maybe the history of the development of negligence.
Just the recent cases of Glencar and Fletcher should get you through a
problem question on negligence.
