I'm covering the following: Negligence/DoCare Causation Vicarious Liability/Employer's Liability Defamation Trespass/Rylands & Fletcher/Nuisance Products Liability Pure Eco Loss/Neg Misstatements Nervous Shock
So the big ones I'm leaving out Animals, Defective Premises and Professional Negligence. Hopefully there's still five from the above on the paper! I'll be reading over Damages and Remedies but not with a view of being able to answer a full question, just to be able to refer to them. Are people covering the Defamation Bill 2006? Since it's still not been passed in to law I'm not really doing much of it in any detail, maybe just refer it towards the end of an answer...would that be enough or is there a chance of an essay question purely on the Bill and the changes it may bring in?
