Hi Wheely, I did the prep course in Ind. Coll this time round and he seems to be suggesting
-Defamation -Med Neg -Tres to Person - up last six in a row and straight forward -Psyc damage - as a must do -Vic Liability - due to the recent SC decision in O'Keefe -Employers Lia - especially stress related inj. -R v. F -Damages as a must do Hope that's of some use at this stage, Can I ask what people did for the verbal statements question on contract on wednesday??
