Hi Ellen, I don't think consumer protection comes up that often.
Insurance contracts do feature form time to time but not in the last
few sittings. I don't know if that means they're due a run or not but
I reckon if you're covering misrepresentation, you may as well cover
insurance contracts because misrepresentation has been appearing in
problem questions over the last few sittings and insurance contracts
come up as an essay. Contracts ousting the jurisdiction of the courts
is only likely to feature as part of a general essay on void contracts
and that essay tends to ask about illegal contracts as well so you
don't need to know contracts ousting the jurisdiction of the courts in
huge depth, just sketch detail I'd say.
