I can't really say. Knowing all the topics in depth you list would certainly have yielded 4 questions over the past 8 papers, but you may have struggled for a fifth in some years. Honestly, you can't really be uber confident about reducing the amount to cover. In particular, excluding illegality / void contracts and privity seems to be a bit of a gamble.
