Hi,

On the contract paper last year, there was not much change in general topics
but obviously examined in different ways on it were, from memory now...

Q1, Offer, acceptance
Q2, Mistake
Q3, Estoppel
Q4, Exclusion Clauses / Sale of Goods / Terms
Q5, Discharge by Breach
Q6, Capacity
Q7(a), Ilegality
Q7(b), Ilegality and void (severance), question made little sense -
recurring issue of void / illegality terminology problems on paper
Q8(a), Privity (watch this, the report shows examiner expected it answered
differnetly to how the exact same question had been answered before)
Q8(b) Damages

Again, the usual - formation, mistake, discharge, remedies, privity and
illegality.

If the exam was on tomorrow and you had no more time left, that is what I
would focus on as a BARE minimum but its hardly advisable and may leave you
a question short or more.

Regards

Brian
