Does it specifically need the windbus version?  The situation with
DBus upstream and building for Windows is complex, with IIRC windbus
based on an older version of the Unix DBus sources and extra patches
added to make it work on Windows.

When I looked at this I concluded that someone needed to take the
patches which have been added by windbus and merge them into the Unix
DBus sources.
