It’s pretty academic, as Dynamix doesn’t exist, nor does its parent company, Sierra On-line. Best information I have is that Blizzard acquired the rights in a bundle of products other companies had licensed, including my stuff. As they are the rights holder, it would be for them to complain or sue or whatever. I could bring lawsuits, as my standing is I retain profit rights, but the amount is so trivial, why bother?
