I wonder if it would help for people to write or email the SPCA, naming this woman and asking them not to accept any more pets from her. Can you get the particulars for the SPCA -- address, e-mail etc? I Googled Fresno CA SPCA and got a hit, but if there's more than one she could be taking them to, that would be good.
