Another option for both the CRF groups is the Digest.  That way you get one 
e-mail containing several posts.  There is an index at the top to scan to see 
if you want to read any of the posts.  Cuts down on the volume of individual 
e-mails you get.  Really helpful for any of the big Yahoo groups.

Both of the CRF groups have a wealth of information regarding CRF.  It is a 
chronic condition but for most kitties can be managed.
