Like Mary Christine says - spay and neuter your neighbors. maybe that will make a difference. i know a lot of people i would like to do that to. same ones that don't take care of pets also do not take care of children. when i reported a case of abuse, the investigator said that at least 8 out of 10 cases of abuse he checks on, he also turns in a report of child or spouse abuse. i wonder some times would the world be better off without man? doris ---- Kelley Saveika <[email protected]> wrote: > First, can I say how annoyed I am with the neighbors?
