ah, but have you ever TRIED hot sauce? calicos (and honorary ones, such as abysinnians and bengals) actually seem to like it! the age-old benefits of dandelions is why i suggested that, rather than, say, pennyroyal, which while it's a great pesticide, is (if i recall correctly) toxic if ingested..... (wonderful to throw around the yard, tho, if you have dogs--enough oil to repel the fleas!)
