Lora,
The animal communicators on the group I posted the address for are
all learning and don't charge anything. I used them once when a cat
that stays in my sisters yard got attacked byt a dog that got in and the
cat disappeared. I went over to her house and looked for Issac for
hours and couldn't find him. I wrote to the group and got a couple of
answers, both said he was alittle hurt but not badly and that he was
very scared and would come home on his own in a few days. He did come
back in 2 days and was just stiff on a back leg, no broken bones or
blood, just a small scab on his back leg and he was walking stiffly. It
took him over a month to come out from under the wood she has piled on
the side of her house, but he is back to normal again and sleeps by the
back door. He belongs to the guy across the street who threw him out
after having him for twelve years because he starting getting dogs and
Issac didn't like the dogs. He was an indoor only cat before the guy
started getting dogs. He now for the last two years lives in my sisters
back yard and has a box under by dryer vent for warmth and her patio is
covered so he is sheltered. We boarded up all the gaps under her fence
so the dog can't get in again. Issac was lucky a lwn chair fell on top
of him and it probably saved his life the dog couldn't reach him.
