The problem is that FFC assumes that it will be installed in /usr/local if
no --prefix option is given, so you end up with the wrong path to
UseUFC.cmake in dolfin-1.5-venv/share/ufc/UFCConfig.cmake. You can fix this
by running pip with the --prefix option like this:

  pip install --install-option="--prefix=$VIRTUAL_ENV"
https://bitbucket.org/fenics-project/ffc/downloads/ffc-1.5.0.tar.gz

I am tempted to revert
https://bitbucket.org/fenics-project/ffc/commits/12cb900, which should fix
this problem. Using sys.prefix as default is better than hard-coding it to
/usr/local IMO.
