Oh, I just found a way for it. If your kernel/engine run in virtual
environment used for installation of dolfin you can use it then in
notebooks just with
import sys
import os
sys.path.append(os.path.expanduser('~/opt/fenics/lib/python2.7/site-packages/'))
import dolfin
import fenics
I am sourcing /home/rskolasinski/opt/fenics//fenics.conf anyway in my
.bashrc / .bash_profile
