Greetings, ----- Original Message ----- > Was a virtual conference for this year considered?
And BTW... if so... it doesn't have to be something complicated that is live where everyone is online interacting with each other all at once. It could be something as simple as... all of the presenters make screencasts of the presentations they would have given... and then all of the videos are posted. Sponsors, if desired, could also make any videos they cared to share. I'm not sure what to do with the raffle though. :) ...and if tee-shirts were ordered already... hey, I'd like to buy one or more... and if they haven't been ordered... maybe order some... so I can buy them. :) As luck would have it, this was going to be the first year in like thirteen+ years that I wasn't going to be make it (and I live in Montana)... because my wife got Tevor Noah tickets (he was going to be in Bozeman) which happened to conflict with Saturday night. I'm guessing Trevor Noah will have to cancel too. BTW, I work at Montana State University Bozeman and they just announced today that in-person classes are going all online starting March 23rd. Next week is Spring Break so it would have been the first day back after Spring Break.
