Why not contact the company, and give read them the message you posted
here? :) You could tell them what you expected, based on previous
experience. They would be able to give you the best answer, and explain the
fiber. Then, if you're not happy (and it doesn't sound like you are) you
can ask to return it, for something that will fit your expectations.
