As a former sheep breeder, I'd have to say that any designation that refused the use of dewormers and other valid medications to cure animal conditions/disease where indicated would be detrimental to the health of the animals. Yes, there are times where one can go for a while without dewormers, but there also times when a herd picks up a nasty parasite. Regular stool sampling is a must to keep animals healthy. I do find the designation "organic sheep" somehow misleading and confusing - a sheep lives on the earth and the earth is not totally organic - the air and soil are influenced by more than the shepherd and the wool is not going to be different from any other herds of the same breed. It sounds more like a marketing angle than a quantifiable difference in product.
