what the problem here is we need less water..........the Indian ocean is a hop away and the Pacific on the other side is a skip/jump away. This region is a skinny wee bit surrounded by just tooooooooo much water. We suffer quite dense sea fogs alot often right to the middle of the day....which makes everything damp and dismal. Sometimes I think the damp is just as cold...
