This is one of the biggest problems for most of us who run small businesses. If I have x paid seats for AppWhatever and I want to upgrade them under OS 9 it takes me only a few minutes to connect to the hard disks and drag the folders over. With OS X it looks like I have to walk the upgrade around the whole office and do multiple installs. Then there are applications that install/upgrade differently under OS 9 and OS X, but may be used under both OSs by a particular user. What OS do you do the upgrade under? Or, do you do it under both and delete the duplicate folders? Progress.
