And so it came to pass that Dennis W. Manasco spake:
>Then there are applications that install/upgrade differently under >OS 9 and OS X, but may be used under both OSs by a particular user. >What OS do you do the upgrade under? Or, do you do it under both and >delete the duplicate folders? You should have seen me trying to upgrade an OS9 version of Final Cut Pro 2.0 to the OSX version of Final Cut Pro 3.0. Took 5 or 6 goes of various combinations of booting in different systems. The FCP 3 required a version of FCP 2 to be present, but there was no OSX version of FCP 2, so it was a real shuffle with a number of failures to authorise before I got it right. -- Rocky Road - in Oz "Fleeing from the Cylon tyranny, the last Battlestar, Galactica, leads a ragtag, fugitive fleet, on a lonely quest, for a shining planet known as Earth." _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
