Er, I don't understand. What kind of repertory are you entering? 15th-
century poly-textual motets?

The music I enter has the same text in all the parts, so why would I 
want to type it in multiple times?

It's the same text.

Yes, there are small variations of punctuation and capitalization, 
but all derive from a single text, and the variants can be added as 
needed (after the canonical text), and click-assigned as needed.

Why would you *need* to have separate text for the different parts? 
How different could they be?
