I think the tech support guy could be refering to the file-overwrite bug rather than the text block bug. To which I say: Jari is correct. We've seen instances of similar text block symptoms, but for the file overwrite thing, I've personally spent time on this, and I haven't made it happen yet. The enginers can't fix a problem that we can't reproduce.
