HI Andrew,

In 4/4 time I entered 2 16ths followed by a 16th note triplet. Since my copy is set up to break the beams completely between the first 2 16ths and the triplet, I changed the beaming to get all 5 notes under the same two beams, duplicating your situation.

First I strike F-10 to get the beams page of the keypad; Next I select the first note of the triplet; then I strike the slash key on the keypad (*start* secondary beam) and the second beam is broken between duplet and triplet.

This doesn't work for you?
