True, but in the 6 months until 2007 ships, one must wonder if they will
ship a Universal Binary version of 2006 for people who purchase Macbooks
and new iMacs.....it would be nice if they did.....

3 months ago they may not have known whether they could feasibly deliver a
universal binary. You can't just decide these things in a vacuum. Before you
make an announcement like this, you have to prove to yourself you can do it,
and that takes time and money. 3 months ago, MM was likely deep in the 06b
release cycle.
