I'm in Pages (not Pages 2), but I just saved a document from Finale
(2007c) from the fine menu and chose "compile post script listing".
I kept the default option to "save fonts" or what ever that is.
The resulting file (with a "ps" extension) was converted into a PDF
when I just dragged it into a new Pages document. It was very small,
but resized with the handles without any apparent (to me) degradation
in quality.
If I try to "open" the "ps" file in Pages, I get an "unknown type"
error.
So I guess the answer as far as Pages is concerned, is no, you can't
import eps files. Don't know if Pages 2 would react differently.

That would be a killer for me too. But while we're on the subject,
can Pages
import eps files? I saw other formats mentioned, tiff, pdf and so
forth, but
no mention of eps.
