Surely I'm not the only one that uses Finale successfuly on a regular basis? Sure, the program has had its shortcomings, but overall it is an incredibly useful tool that has helped me pay the bills many times. I don't want to go back to pencil and paper, and I've not had success with my endeavors with other notation programs. I enjoy monitoring this list for the tips that come from the experienced user-base, but at times some of the comments posted here are a little... extreme.
Sorry JD, but I remain a defender of Finale as the best notation software out there... and I think there must be many others out there who agree with me.
