having used the programme extensively recently, something like this should be possible i would think, but someone with more experience with the programme might know better. i didn't deal with colour at all.
you can try to adjust things with the "levels" after converting to greyscale (if you haven't already). this way you can set the programme to interpret everything below a certain level as white and above as black. but the results are not always so pretty... and it can make things quite grainy, so probably a big staedtler and a pot of coffee is your best solution. viel spaß dabei!
I was actually hoping to find a toll which could distinguish (by colour I guess) the pencil markings from the print, and simply take them out for me. If that is not possible I will have to clean them before I scan them.
