I wonder whether anyone has found a way to do this:
I have some old Facsimile photocopies of 18th century parts, which are
partly marked up in pencil (the photocopies, so the pencil is pencil and
not photocopy). I am wondering whether I could scan these parts and,
using a Graphics application, eg Photoshop (Elements) to erase the
pencil markings only without touching the print/photocopy. Is this
possible? How would I do this? I have experimented a little but so far
not found a way of achiving this.
The idea is to get clean parts again.
